Reporting Tiers
As your business grows, compliance and basic bookkeeping aren’t enough.
You need to understand what’s happening right now and where you’re heading, not just what happened last year.
Management Reporting closes the gap by giving you timely insight into what’s driving performance.
Our approach is a 3-step progression based on your exact needs:
1. Business Health - clear financial snapshot with easy to understand commentary.
2. Performance Drivers - tracking KPIs and trends to explain what’s driving results.
3. Financial Forecasting - scenarios projected into the future to show the impact of decisions before you make them.
All of the analysis is illustrated by bespoke reports & explained in regular quarterly meetings.
Included as standard for all packages.

Tier 1: Business Health

This is the foundation: clear Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting with simple commentary.

That moves into Tier 2, where analysis becomes more tailored and commercially specific.

Tier 2: Performance Drivers

Step to next tier
Once drivers are understood, the next question becomes:

That leads into Tier 3, where we model outcomes and scenarios by forecasting the future.

Tier 3: Financial Forecasting
Overview
This step builds on Tier 2 and builds forward-looking scenarios, to show the impact of decisions such as hiring staff, adjusting pricing, and even expansion. It’s used both for optimising the existing business and for any new dimensions to the business.
This is an additional monthly service where the price can range from £500 - £1000pm.
