His expertise covers every aspect of Accounting Services including corporation tax, VAT, payroll, and CIS compliance. Having previously worked as a senior Financial Controller in corporate environments, Ish brings both technical accuracy and commercial awareness to his role. His analytical approach plays a central part in our Management Reporting offering, helping clients move beyond compliance to understand what their numbers really mean for business performance.

Nazia Rajwana

Operations Manager

Nazia has managed large-scale projects across diverse industries giving her a unique blend of organisational and people-focused skills. At Ledgr, she oversees the day-to-day running of client work, ensuring tasks are delivered smoothly, deadlines are met, and service quality remains consistently high across all Corporate Services. Nazia also leads client relationship management, ensuring every interaction feels personal, efficient, and stress-free. Thowsif Mukit

Commercial Manager

With a background as an Actuary, Thowsif brings analytical rigour and commercial expertise gained from years in the insurance and financial services industries. Having worked across financial modelling, systems design, and portfolio management, he now applies that experience to optimise Ledgr’s infrastructure and internal processes which helps us deliver a seamless experience for all Our Clients. Thowsif also leads the firm’s business development and strategic growth, identifying opportunities to create long-term value for clients. His understanding of wider financial trends inform much of the thinking behind our Insights content, where we share practical guidance and forward-looking analysis.
