We handle all routine filings for both limited companies and LLPs - including officer appointments and resignations, address changes, PSC updates, share allotments or transfers, and statutory register updates. Most changes are filed online for faster processing.

We prepare the stock transfer form (J30), record the transaction in your company’s registers, and file the necessary updates with Companies House. If the consideration exceeds £1,000, we’ll advise on Stamp Duty, payable to HMRC at 0.5% within 30 days via e-stamping.

PSC (Persons with Significant Control) updates must be recorded in your internal register within 14 days of the change, and then submitted to Companies House within a further 14 days. We manage both stages for you to stay compliant.

Online filings are typically processed within 24–48 hours by Companies House, while paper forms take longer. Address changes and officer updates should be filed within 14 days of the change.

No. Company Amendments are filed as soon as changes occur. The Confirmation Statement (CS01) later confirms those details in the annual summary.

Certain updates, such as company addresses or payroll officer changes, are automatically linked via Companies House. For other events that may affect tax or payroll, we’ll handle HMRC notifications directly.

The Confirmation Statement confirms your company’s details once per year, while Company Amendments manage the changes that happen throughout the year.

Companies House charges a small fee for the CS01, which we pass through at cost with no labour fee. Company Amendments involve active filing and documentation so we will charge accordingly.

Yes. LLPs must also update their Companies House record for any member or address changes. The process is almost identical to that for limited companies, though the forms differ slightly - for example, LLPs use LL AP01 for new members and LL AD01 for address changes instead of AP01/AD01. We handle all LLP filings in the same way.

We’ll ask for the key details of the change (e.g. names, addresses, share numbers, dates, or transaction values) and supporting documents such as stock transfer forms or meeting minutes. Once received, we’ll take care of everything else.
